Mindful Creative Muse Founder & Instructor Bio

Cynthia Hauk (MFA, RYT) is the founder of Mindful Creative Muse. Cynthia is passionate about sharing simple, fun and inspiring mindful art activities to enhance self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-expression. Cynthia received a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Interdisciplinary Arts from Lesley University College of Art and Design, and has a combined 12 years of art and mindfulness teaching experience. She is a certified Expressive Arts and EcoTherapy Facilitator, a Trauma-Informed Expressive Art Therapy Facilitator, a SomaSoul®: Somatic Expressive Therapy Facilitator, a SoulCollage® Facilitator (an expressive art collage process founded by art therapist, Seena Frost), and holds a variety of Teaching Certifications (highlights include Art and Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Yoga, and Trauma-sensitive Yoga). Most of all, she is an artist and a creative who's wrestled with her Inner Critic and she's excited to help you reignite your creative spark!
