Over the years, I’ve poured my heart into creating mindful art courses that support emotional well-being, connection, and healing. Many of these programs were born during quiet mornings with tea and a sketchbook, or in late-night conversations with fellow facilitators asking: How can we make mindfulness and art feel more accessible? How can we help others feel safe to express and explore?
Some of you may remember when Gratitude Feathers first launched. Or perhaps you joined Mandorlas for Grief and Gratitude. It was there I realized: the gentle shape of the Mandorla could help hold what’s hard and what’s hopeful, all at once.
These courses were never just digital downloads. They became places of connection. They became tools for teachers, therapists, and caregivers. They supported people navigating illness, burnout, new motherhood, heartbreak, and celebration.
